第一屆儀器、測量、計算機、通信與控制國際會議會議背景：
儀器和測量是一切科學技術研究的基礎。沒有測量就沒有科學，測量是科學和現實世界的橋梁。儀器（含傳感器）是實現測量的工具，是信息系統的源頭。現代儀器的智能化、虛擬化、自動化、系統化和網絡化的發展離不開計算機、通信和控制技術的支持。儀器和測量（IM）和計算機、通信、控制（C3）是相互作用和促進的。本次會議目的是為上述領域的研究者和實踐者提供互相接觸機會及學術交流平臺，以促進學科發展。
